I understand there are no refunds for the commission.

I understand if paypal takes out a fee on the artist's side, I will pay for the amount of which paypal deducted from the artist.

I understand the artist has the right to post the commission on their socials with or without tagging me.

I understand I have the right to post the commission as long as I give credit to the artist somewhere within the post.

UNLESS the drawing involves something I own, such as an OC or real person, I agree that unless I bought "Exclusive" protection, the artist reserves the right to sell, distribute, and print art that features official/canon characters that I do not own.

I will not copy over or ask someone else to draw over or trace the artist's work. Small modifications, such as accessory additions, makeup, or color changes are appropriate.

I understand that the artist will take their time on the commission unless I provide a due date. I realize this could take anywhere from a few days to more than two weeks.

I understand that I'm more than welcome to help out with reminding the artist to update by sending them a check-in message if I have not heard after 10 days.
